{{brand}} platform registration: every stage from request to verified account
Registration with {{brand}} follows the same fixed procedure for every client, as account opening does at any regulated institution: a short request, a call with a specialist, an identity check and your first sign-in. This guide covers each stage, the documents to have ready and the usual reasons for delays, so nothing in the process surprises you.

Begin stage one of registration
This form opens your registration. Every later stage is set out below the form.

The four stages of {{brand}} registration
Send the request
Enter your first name, last name, email and phone in the form on this page. Nothing else is needed yet.
Speak to a specialist
A {{brand}} specialist calls, checks your details, opens the account with the partner broker and switches on the practice balance.
Verify your identity
Before your first real deposit, upload an identity document and a proof of address in the client area, and complete a short selfie check if asked.
Sign in and draw your mandate
Create your password from the welcome email, turn on two-step codes, then set your stop-loss, maximum position size and daily loss cap.
Stages 1, 2 and 4 are enough for the practice balance. Stage 3 is required only once you decide to trade with real money.
Documents to prepare for verification
| What is checked | Accepted documents | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | {{geo:adj}} ID card, passport or residence permit | Valid, in colour, all four corners visible |
| Address | Utility bill, bank statement or official letter | Shows your name and address, dated within the last 3 months |
| Liveness | Selfie or short video in the client area | Good light, face uncovered, no hat or sunglasses |
| Payment method | Card photo with the middle digits covered, or a bank statement | Only if asked, to show the method is yours |
Documents are uploaded only inside the client area. Never send them by email, messenger or through forms on this website.
Why identity checks exist
KYC means "know your customer". Financial firms, including the broker that holds {{brand}} accounts, are required by anti-money-laundering law to confirm who their clients are. The check also protects you:
- nobody can open an account in your name or withdraw money to an account that is not yours;
- support can restore your access quickly if you lose your phone or password;
- withdrawals are not delayed later by questions about who owns the account.
Verification is a one-time investment of a few minutes. Done once and done properly, it lets every later deposit and withdrawal proceed without further questions about who owns the account.
How long registration usually takes
| Stage | Usual time |
|---|---|
| Sending the request | About a minute |
| Call back from a specialist | 1 business day |
| Opening the account during the call | 15–20 minutes |
| Document review | Up to 2 business days |
| First sign-in after the welcome email | A few minutes |
These are typical times, not guarantees. Busy periods and extra checks can make them longer.
Why registration sometimes stalls
Contact problems
- We could not reach you by phone. Check that the number includes the correct country code, and watch for our email.
- The name in the form differs from the name on your documents.
Document problems
- The photo is blurred, cropped or has glare over the text.
- The proof of address is too old or shows a different address.
- The identity document has expired.
If registration seems stuck, ask support which stage is still open. We will tell you exactly what is missing.
What happens to your data
The details from the form go to {{brand}} and to our partner broker, {{fact:broker}}, so that the account can be opened. Identity documents are uploaded straight into the broker's secure verification system and used only for the checks the law requires. Data is kept for the periods listed in the Privacy Policy, which also explains how to see, correct or delete it.

Registration questions
Do I need to verify my identity to use the practice balance?
No. Verification is required only before your first real deposit. You can register and practise without it.
Can I register with a foreign passport?
Usually yes, together with a proof of address. Whether the account can be opened depends on the partner broker's rules for your country of residence.
My documents were rejected. What should I do?
Read the reason shown in the client area, take a new photo in good light with every corner visible and upload it again. Support can help if the reason is unclear.
Can I register more than one account?
No. Each person may hold one {{brand}} account. Different trading modes can run side by side inside that single account.
