2. Which data we collect
Data you give us
- Request forms: first name, last name, email address, phone number and your confirmation that you are at least 18.
- Contact form: the same details plus the topic and the text of your message.
- Review form: the display name, optional city, rating and text you submit, and your account email, which is never published.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and the time of your visit. To show the phone format of your country, your IP address is sent to a location service (geojs.io), which returns only the country; we keep the country with your request.
- Campaign data: UTM tags and click identifiers (gclid, fbclid) in the link you followed, which show which advert or page brought you here.
We never ask for passwords, one-time codes, card numbers or identity documents through this website, and you should never send them here.

4. Who receives your data
- Our partner broker, {{fact:broker}}.Our partner broker. The broker opens and holds trading accounts, so your name, email, phone number and campaign data are sent to it when you submit a request form. From then on the broker acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, including for identity verification.
- Service providers that host this website, store form submissions, send email or provide telephony, acting only on our instructions under written contracts.
- Public authorities such as courts, law-enforcement bodies or the {{geo:dpa}}, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data and we do not give it to third parties for their own advertising.
5. Cookies and Global Privacy Control
This website uses strictly necessary storage only. If analytics or advertising tags are added later, they will load only after you agree in a cookie banner, and you will be able to change that choice at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal of non-essential cookies and of sharing for advertising.
6. How long we keep data
| Data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Requests that did not lead to an account | 12 months after the last contact |
| Messages to support | 24 months after the case is closed |
| Published reviews | While published, then 12 months |
| Technical logs | 90 days |
| Data needed for legal claims or kept by law | As long as the law requires |
7. How your data is protected
Data travels over encrypted connections, only staff who need it can access it, accounts with access use two-step sign-in, and access is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify you and the supervisory authority as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Under the {{geo:dp_law}}, and under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies to you, you can:
- find out whether we process your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have data deleted or destroyed when there is no longer a lawful reason to keep it;
- have processing restricted (blocked) while a question about it is being resolved;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to direct marketing at any time;
- receive data you provided in a portable format, where this applies;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before;
- not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that significantly affects you;
- complain to the {{geo:dpa}} or, under the GDPR, to the authority in your EU country.
To use a right, choose "Privacy request" in the contact form or email [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will answer within the time the law sets, normally within 10 working days under {{geo:adj}} law. Using your rights is free.
9. Marketing messages and STOP
We send product news only if you agreed to receive it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message. You can also ask us or the partner broker to stop calling you, and we record that request at once.
10. Children
{{brand}} is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Transfers {{geo:outside}}
Some service providers, or the partner broker, may process data {{geo:outside}}. We transfer data only to countries with an adequate level of protection or under appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as {{geo:adj}} law and the GDPR require.
